Delivery Policy

This policy explains how AstraQore Market Library, operated by J&V Wealth Holdings OPC, delivers digital educational market research products, including PDFs, ebooks, templates, watchlists, bundles, and standalone research products.

No investment advice, brokerage services, crypto trading services, managed funds, trade commands, guaranteed signals, or profit promises.
Delivery after verified payment
Digital products are delivered only after payment is verified through trusted server-side processing. Checkout redirects alone do not grant access. After verification, eligible digital research access appears on the confirmation page and secure order page.
Secure order page and downloads
A secure order page uses a non-guessable access token. The raw token is not stored in the database. Download buttons stream private files through a guarded server route after checking the order, payment status, product membership, active download grant, expiration, and download limit.
Delivery email
When the transactional email provider is configured, AstraQore sends a delivery email with the order reference, purchased product list, secure order page link, download links where available, policy links, and the educational market research disclosure. If email is not configured or delivery fails, access remains available through the confirmation page or secure order page.
Download limits and expiration
Download grants currently allow a limited number of downloads and may expire. Expired, revoked, refunded, unpaid, or failed orders do not provide download access. If legitimate redelivery is needed after expiration or email failure, use Contact Support with the order number and buyer email.
Private file access
Paid product files remain in private storage. AstraQore Market Library does not publish raw private storage paths or permanent public file URLs for paid ebooks, templates, watchlists, bundles, or analysis reports.
Preview and unavailable products
Products may be previewed before they are available for purchase. Preview, archived, or delivery-incomplete products are not available for checkout until active and delivery-ready. Notify Me forms do not collect payment, create orders, or create delivery rights.
Standalone analysis products
Standalone educational analysis products may be delivered as private PDFs or may require additional buyer input depending on the product workflow shown before checkout. Access is still gated by verified payment and the secure order page.
Support
Delivery questions should be submitted through Contact Support. Include the buyer email, order number, product title, and a short description of the access issue. Do not include card numbers, passwords, or private keys.
