AstraQore AI and AstraQore Market Library are operated by J&V Wealth Holdings OPC. AstraQore Market Library provides digital educational market research products, ebooks, templates, watchlists, analysis, and research frameworks for independent market preparation.

No advisory, brokerage, or managed-fund services
AstraQore is not a brokerage, broker-dealer, exchange, crypto trading service, managed fund, asset manager, account manager, copy-trading service, signal provider, or personalized recommendation service. Users should not treat any output or product as a buy, sell, hold, short, leverage, allocation, or trade-command instruction.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for their own accounts, research, decisions, risk management, tax treatment, and compliance with laws and rules that apply to them. Trading and investing involve risk, including possible loss of principal.
Account registration and security
Future logged-in features may require account registration. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under their account unless unauthorized access is promptly reported and verified.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases
AstraQore AI may offer subscriptions for SaaS features and one-time purchases through AstraQore Market Library. Shop products do not include SaaS subscription access unless a product page or checkout flow expressly states otherwise.
Shop purchases and digital products
AstraQore Market Library may offer standalone digital products, PDFs, ebooks, checklists, bundles, and educational analysis reports. Products are delivered digitally and no physical shipping is provided. Buyers receive access only after payment is verified through the checkout and fulfillment workflow.
Payment handling
PayMongo handles hosted payment collection for supported checkout flows. AstraQore does not store raw card data on its servers.
Digital delivery and refunds
Digital product delivery, download access, standalone analysis intake, redownload rules, and refund review are governed by the Refund Policy and Delivery Policy where applicable.
Access and account limitations
A purchase does not create an investment advisory relationship, brokerage relationship, managed account relationship, asset-management relationship, or entitlement to future subscriptions unless a product page expressly says so. Secure order links and download grants may expire, be limited, or be revoked for refund, fraud, abuse, or security reasons.
Acceptable use
Users are expected to use AstraQore AI lawfully, responsibly, and within published service limits.
No misuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of APIs
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer systems, abuse APIs, interfere with security controls, or use the service for unlawful activity.
No redistribution
Digital products, PDFs, reports, previews, downloads, order links, and related materials are for the buyer's personal educational use unless written permission says otherwise. Buyers may not resell, publish, upload, share, distribute, sublicense, or make paid product files publicly available.
Intellectual property
AstraQore AI, its product materials, interfaces, content, and software are owned by or licensed to J&V Wealth Holdings OPC, Formastra Platforms, Luminara Media and Publications, or their respective licensors. Users receive only the limited right to use the service as permitted by these terms.
AI-generated content limitations
AI-generated content may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a user's needs. It should be independently verified and should not be treated as a guarantee, prediction, or trading instruction.
Market data limitations
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, cached, provider-limited, or unavailable. Users should verify critical information through official or professional sources.
No guaranteed outcomes
AstraQore AI and AstraQore Market Library do not guarantee profit outcomes, accuracy, investment performance, market outcomes, risk reduction, performance metrics, or uninterrupted availability.
Service availability and changes
Features, providers, pricing, limits, access rules, product availability, payment methods, and delivery methods may change over time. AstraQore may correct product metadata, update policy pages, and adjust checkout availability when operational requirements change.
Termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated for misuse, security risk, legal requirements, nonpayment when billing is active, or other policy violations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, AstraQore is not responsible for trading losses, investment outcomes, missed opportunities, indirect damages, data-provider outages, payment-provider interruptions, or decisions made from educational research materials.
