AstraQore AI is published by J&V Wealth Holdings OPC through Luminara Media and Publications and developed by Formastra Platforms, the IT division. The service is designed to help users research markets, organize information, understand technical conditions, and monitor risk more efficiently.

AstraQore AI provides educational market research, analytics, and decision-support tools only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
No financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice
The service is not intended to make personalized recommendations based on a user's financial circumstances. Users should not treat any output as a buy, sell, hold, short, leverage, or trading instruction.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for their own accounts, research, decisions, risk management, tax treatment, and compliance with laws and rules that apply to them. Trading and investing involve risk, including possible loss of principal.
Account registration and security

AstraQore Shop may offer standalone digital products, ebooks, checklists, bundles, and educational analysis reports. Products are delivered digitally and no physical shipping is provided.
Payment handling
PayMongo handles hosted payment collection for supported checkout flows. AstraQore does not store raw card data on its servers.
Digital delivery and refunds
Digital product delivery, download access, standalone analysis intake, and refund review are governed by the Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy where applicable.
Early-access limitations
Early-access registration does not guarantee immediate access, feature availability, launch timing, or a specific commercial offer. Private beta features may change before launch.
Acceptable use
Users are expected to use AstraQore AI lawfully, responsibly, and within published service limits.
No misuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of APIs
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer systems, abuse APIs, interfere with security controls, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
AstraQore AI, its product materials, interfaces, content, and software are owned by or licensed to J&V Wealth Holdings OPC, Formastra Platforms, Luminara Media and Publications, or their respective licensors. Users receive only the limited right to use the service as permitted by these terms.
AI-generated content limitations
AI-generated content may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a user's needs. It should be independently verified and should not be treated as a guarantee, prediction, or trading instruction.
