Refund Policy

This policy explains the intended refund review approach for AstraQore Shop digital products and standalone educational analysis reports.

Digital products
Because ebooks, bundles, and digital downloads are delivered electronically, purchases may be non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law or approved by support.
Preview products and Notify Me
Preview products and Notify Me forms do not collect payment, create orders, or create a purchase. Refunds apply only to completed paid orders.
Standalone analysis reports
Standalone analysis report refunds may be reviewed before work begins. Once manual preparation has started or the report has been delivered, refund eligibility may be limited except where required by law.
Duplicate purchases
If a buyer accidentally purchases the same digital product more than once using the same buyer email, support may review the order history and issue a refund or credit where appropriate.
Failed payments
If payment fails or is canceled before verification, no paid order access should be granted. Any provider-side payment issue should be reviewed with available PayMongo checkout and payment records.
Refund review process
Refund requests should include the buyer email, order number if available, product name, payment reference if available, and a short explanation. Approved refunds may depend on PayMongo and bank processing timelines.
No investment outcome refunds
Refunds are not provided based on market outcomes, trading results, investment performance, missed opportunities, or whether a buyer agrees with educational analysis after delivery.
