Digital Delivery Policy

This policy explains the intended digital delivery approach for AstraQore Shop ebooks, bundles, and standalone educational analysis reports.

Delivery after verified payment
Digital products are delivered after payment is verified through trusted server-side processing. AstraQore may provide access through a secure order page, signed download URL, server-streamed download, or future email delivery.
Preview products
Products may be previewed before they are available for purchase. Preview products are not available for checkout until active and delivery-ready. Notify Me forms do not collect payment, create orders, or create delivery rights.
Secure order page
A buyer order page may require an order access token or equivalent secure link. The raw order access token should not be stored in the database.
Download limits
Download access may include limits, expiration windows, or revocation where abuse, refund, security risk, file replacement, or order issue is detected.
Private file access
Paid product files must remain in private storage. AstraQore Shop should not publish public file URLs for paid ebooks, bundles, or reports.
Standalone analysis turnaround placeholder
Standalone analysis reports may require additional buyer input and manual preparation. Expected turnaround windows should be shown on product pages or operational communications before public paid selling.
Access token security
Buyers are responsible for keeping secure order links private. If an order link appears compromised, support may revoke or rotate access where technically available.
